As you likely have noticed on the IDK Blog, Discord has come online for the Podcast Discussion. You can join it here: https://discord.com/invite/Wd4j22KY? .
Since no episodes have been released yet, there may not be much to discuss, but once the podcast is live, this will be a great place to interact with the host, guests, and other professionals who listen to the podcast. I had attempted to use a few modern discussion board tools, but most of them seemed to be a bad fit for this or did not seem to work with my other tools. For now, Discord it is.
I have also deployed the ProBot bot in Discord to allow more straightforward communication within the channels. If you are part of our Discord, you are encouraged to use the “/help” command in the tool to learn about its various features. I will log in to the channel occasionally during my workday, so if you are following this blog, you may catch me online!
Stay tuned for the updates about when the first episodes will drop. Now that I am over my sickness I hope to have some more bandwidth to finish editing the footage and record more episodes very soon.
